Meet the officers of 2010!
Praise God for such a successful youth camp.
Preparations were forsure like a rollercoaster ride, but God was always with us. And in the end, He was truly glorified.



Now meet the CPYFers. My brothers and sisters in Christ. I dont know if you can see all of them, but i love each and every one of them.
Praise God that He has touched many of our hearts through Pastor Godfrey. We all have been truly blessed. I know I have.

But be doers of the word, not hearers only, deceiving yourselves..

James 1:22

Youth camp this year was (like everyone said) maybe the best one I've went to. I know forsure that I left camp a different person.

Our theme song was "By Faith" by the Gettys. It was a very very good song teaching on how we should respond to the Gospel!

We will stand as children of the promise! We will fix our eyes on Him, our soul's reward. Til the race is finished and the work is done... We'll walk by faith and not by sight!

The sermons were amazing. God seriously made me listen, because no matter how much I was sleepy, I listened. I was even taught how to listen affectively, trust Him completely and how I should serve Him by serving others.

I remember in one of the skits in fun-night, Kevin said "Look at the Word, now look at yourself.. look at the Word, now look at yourself..." It was funny like every fun-night, but it was true. Do our lives look like the bible? Just like what Kuya La Ron used to say "..sometimes we are the only bible people read." Our actions can make people question why we are this way. So being doers of the word should be a response to hearing the word. A response to our faith is a must. Faith without works is dead, right? It says so later on in James.

But before doing the Word, we have to hear the word right?

Your word I have treasured in my heart,

that I may not sin against you.

Psalms 119:11

How will we know if we are sinning if we don't know what is sin and what is not sin? We have to study God's word first! Word in... then word out!

Praise God for such a wonderful Youth Camp 2010! I remember Praise and Worship. Being up there, seeing so many youth praising God through song was amazing. It made me sing praises to God with so much passion and love for Him. He deserves all our praise!

Oh man, there is soo much more to say about Youth Camp. But I think I could go on forever and ever and ever. Fellowship was also amazing! Meeting new people, seeing old faces, everyone so excited! Eeeek, I'm already excited for the next one! hahaha.

Well anyway everyone... Remember... word in, WORD OUT!
